Our values are the instructions we live by, each and every day.

 

At a high level, they describe how we do things at Solvera, but they are also intended to be used daily in the organisation to help us make decisions and determine the right pathway forward.

Quite simply, without our values, we wouldn't exist.

We solve real problems that make people’s lives better. We are deliberate about our actions and never do anything “just because”.

We aren’t here to accept the status quo. We always push the boundaries of existing thinking, and never shy away from challenging ourselves in the process.

About our commitments.

If our values are how we run the business, our commitments are the principles that we stand behind. It's where we get to show what our values look like in more specific, day-to-day terms.

Our commitments help give us more clarity on occasions where our values can be a little grey. For example, if someone came to us with a large, impactful project, but they happened to work for an oil or gas company, our principles would guide us to reject the offer.

Sometimes it's hard to introduce changes to behaviours once they have been established, which is why these principles have been part of our business since Day 1.
